Job Description:
As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in the preparation and set-up of fabric materials according to daily work orders. Here's what you'll be doing: Receive daily work order assignments and prepare fabric set-up accordingly.Collaborate with the team to improve production processes and achieve daily goals.Maintain quality assurance standards and communicate effectively with supervisors.Keep work areas clean and organized.Other duties as required. Essential Requirements:
A Level 1 team member should: Load and unload material racks.Assist in loading cutters as needed.Follow process to turn cutters on & off.Achieve quality and production efficiency targets. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work well within a team.Strong communication skills.Basic computer literacy.Good command of English language (reading and writing).Basic math skills.Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
