Job Description
Pay: $18.50/Hour
Location: Sewickley, PA Position Title: Customer Service Representative Position Type: On-site (This is NOT a work-from-home position)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
30-minute lunch
Pay Rate:
$18.50/hour
Opportunity for growth with a $1.00/hour increase within the first year based on performance
Dress Code: Business Casual Job Responsibilities
Answer primarily inbound customer service calls
Make outbound calls to follow up on missed or past-due payments
Process payments for customer invoices
Route calls to the appropriate department or team member
Accurately document all calls and interactions in the company’s internal CRM system
Provide professional and courteous service when handling customer questions or concerns
Occasional interaction with customers picking up orders (limited; company is transitioning to delivery-only)
Requirements
Some prior phone-based or customer service experience required
Retail experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, data entry)
Comfortable navigating internal systems and documenting calls
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
