About Us: Lingo Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of staffing and workforce management solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dahlonega, GA.
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Duties: - Order Entry in SAP - Logistics coordination with forwarders, transportation companies and warehouse - Direct communication with customers for order/shipment questions/status - Documentations and paperwork - Communication with headquarter related to shipment status - Input/extract data from customer’s EDI system - Light purchasing and AR duties
Qualifications: - College degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Perfect English, bilingual skills a plus (Korean, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese)
