Customer Service & Administrative Assistant – $20–$22/hr | Full-Time | Plainfield, IN Now Hiring: Experienced Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our customer service and administrative operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a background in warehouse support, and a commitment to providing excellent service.Position Details:
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Plainfield, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
Track, update, and manage customer orders
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely shipments
Generate compliance labels and assist with Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Collect and organize customs documentation for international orders
Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative tasks
Take initiative on assigned responsibilities and support additional duties as needed
Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in warehouse customer service or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn internal systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
