Customer Service Representative
6 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday 

Pay Rate:$17/hr 
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and provide product/service information.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Process orders, returns, and account updates.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

  • Follow company policies and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

  • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
