Crew Maintenance Technician - Responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep to ensure equipment and facilities remain safe, clean, and operational. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and facilities
Assist with preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Complete assigned maintenance projects and work orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist with facility improvements and upkeep
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Previous maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
