Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Cooler Worker to join our team. As a Cooler Worker, you will be responsible for working in our refrigerated area, ensuring the proper storage and handling of dairy products. Your primary duties will include organizing and maintaining inventory, operating equipment, and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize dairy products in the cooler
Monitor and maintain proper storage temperatures
Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooler area
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a refrigerated environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience operating riding EPJ and other warehouse equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
