Job Title: General Laborer / Construction Clean-Up Crew Location:Taylor, Tx Pay Rate: $18.00 Schedule: Monday- Friday 7a-4p
Must be able to provide a valid CONSTRUCTION OSHA 10 certification
Must be able to pass a background check
Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers specializing in construction site clean-up. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site while supporting construction crews with basic labor tasks. Key Responsibilities
Perform general construction site clean-up, including debris removal and disposal
Sweep, shovel, and maintain cleanliness of work areas
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Move materials and equipment to designated areas
Support skilled tradesmen as needed
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Operate basic hand tools and equipment
Qualifications
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
