 Lingo Staffing is hiring a Conformal Coating Operator for a leading manufacturing partner in Roanoke, VA!Â
 Key Responsibilities:Â
Spraying a support layer of coating onto circuit boards both by hand and with machine
Assembly of components onto printed circuit boards
 Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a machine operation position
Ability to multi-task
Good hand dexterity, able to work with small parts
Attention to detail, ability to focusÂ
Some lifting, 10-30lbs throughout the shift
Screening:
Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testingÂ
