Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to support smooth daily operations through excellent communication and attention to detail. Requirements:
1–2 years of front desk experience in a hotel setting (IHG brand preferred)
Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Pep, HotelKey, or similar)
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and guest concerns
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Team-oriented with excellent professional references
