Job Description

Lingo Staffing is hiring for a dynamic team providing top-tier support to customers experiencing issues with their cards. This role focuses on resolving inquiries through chat, email, and inbound calls, with an emphasis on empathy, accuracy, and ownership of complex issues.
Hours: Monday- Friday 9a-6pPay Rate: $16.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to agents and customers
  • Resolve escalated or complex card-related issues
  • Monitor and respond to customer concerns via chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Assist with testing system updates and providing actionable feedback
  • Support executive escalations and ensure complete customer resolutions
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent de-escalation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate and understand complex systems
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
