Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pmPay: $20-25/hourThe responsibilities of the Carpenter are:
Work directly with the Carpentry Crew and Carpentry Foreman
Installation of Interior and Exterior Trim
Installation of Windows, Doors and Frames, and hardware
Installation of Roofing systems from Truss systems to EPDM
Installation of Sheetrock and FRP systems (metal framing, wood framing, etc.)
Tile Work (VCT, etc.)
Interior and Exterior Painting
The qualifications of the Carpenter are:
2-5 years in carpentry of commercial projects
Strong drive, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn
Excellent verbal, problem solving, speaks clearly and persuasively, listens to employees and addresses issues
Ability to work in independently as required or in a group
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable reading and understanding construction drawings
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate groups of skilled professionals who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
