About Us: Lingo Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of staffing and workforce management solutions. We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Spray/Finishers in Winder, GA.
Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Spray/Finisher to add the final touches to cabinets, ensuring they are visually appealing. As a Spray/Finisher, you will work with various materials, including solid wood, laminates, and veneers, to achieve the desired finish. Attention to detail and the ability to identify and address defects or blemishes are crucial for success in this role.
Essential Functions: - Prepare surfaces for finishing. - Mix and apply finishes according to instructions. - Sand, scrape, and strip old finishes. - Inspect and repair cabinet surfaces. - Assess and order appropriate materials and supplies. - Maintain and clean the work area and tools. - Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications: - Experience in finishing wooden products is required. - A keen eye for detail and quality. - Knowledge of different types of wood, stains, and paint finishes. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Proficient in sanding, varnishing, staining, polishing, and glazing.
