Swiss Machine Program / Set-Up /and Operator$35-45an hour pay based on experience.BenefitsHSA health plan, FSA 401K 4%, matchLife Insurance Excellent work environment7am – 3:30 Mon to Friday (OT as deemed necessary by management) Summary:The Swiss Machine Set-Up and Operator in the set-up and operation of Swiss CNC machines. Set up and operate these machines to produce high-precision components according to engineering specifications. Requirements
Able to program “ G” and “M” Codes (2 channel controls)

maintaining the highest standards of quality
able to work with very close tolerance.
Responsibilities:Machine Set-Up:
Perform the set-up of Swiss-type CNC machines, including loading programs, selecting, and installing tooling, and making necessary adjustments.
Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy and precision in machining operations.
Operation:
Operate Swiss-type CNC machines to produce complex and intricate components with tight tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
Quality Control:
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure conformance to engineering specifications.
Identify and address any deviations from quality standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain product integrity.
Tool Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on tools, ensuring they are in good condition and replacing them as needed.
Work together with the maintenance team to address any tooling or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalent. Trade school for machining a plus
Experience as a Swiss Machine Set-Up and Operator in a precision machining environment.
Interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, set up and editing, working closely with the programmer.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:This role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing manual tasks associated with machine set-up and operation.INDSTO
