Lingo Staffing is Now hiring for CM Grinder/Polisher in Canton EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Hours: 7am to 3:30pmDays: Monday to FridayPay: $18 to $20/hr (based on Experience) Precision hand grind of Industrial knives using a grinding wheel to specified dimensions and shapes.Duties/ Responsibilities:
Grinds or sands sharp edges and burrs from parts.
Operates stroke, belt and orbital sanders along with pneumatic grinders.
Works to close limits according to blueprints or other specifications.
Responsible for pre-coating and/or final finish.
Locate, drill, countersink, tap, spot face, counterbore, and ream holes per blueprints.
Locate and weld studs per prints.
Requirements
Grinding experience
Set up and operate various grinding machines such as: wet grinder, belt grinder, cut off saw, polisher or auto grinder
Ability to work with hands: good hand-eye coordination
Mechanically inclined
Lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, crouch, etc
