Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Buyer in Roanoke, VA! Hours: 8am-5pm Pay: $20-26 / hour depending on experience The buyer is responsible for the procurement of material and issuance of purchase orders based on quality, price, and availability. This is done in accordance with production requirements and other specific requests. Job Requirements:
Experience in a Buyer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role (1 year minimum)
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
Experience with an ERP or MRP system
Excellent computer skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail oriented
Good organizational skills
Good phone and negotiation skills
Preferred but not required:
Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
