Lingo Staffing is hiring for Builders who are mechanically inclined to assemble large commercial air-cooling units in the Akron, OH area HOURS: 6:30am to 3pm DAYS: Monday to Friday ... Some Saturdays for OT (55 + hrs. a week) On Bus Route Pay: $17 hr. Job Requirements:
Use a tape measure accurately
Measure, cut, and assemble
Install components inside/on top of units (motors, fans, coils, and filters)
Clean units
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements:
Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure (measurement test required)
Mechanically inclined
Ability to climb ladders, not afraid of heights,
Use of general hand tools (rivet gun, soldering gun, welding. willing to train the right candidates).
Ability to lift and flip up to 50 lbs. Requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, etc.
MUST be able to pass a full-spectrum drug screening
