Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Builders / Door Shop Production in Alliance, OH Hours:• 1st Shift:7:30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, & 7:30am to 11:30am Friday Pay: $15 + Based on experience
• 2nd Shift:Monday to Thursday 1:30pm to 11:30pm Pay: $16 + Based on experience Short Description We are seeking dependable and experienced Builders to work in a door shop production environment. This role involves building and assembling door frames and doors, handling materials, and supporting production flow. Candidates must have tow motor (forklift) experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Requirements
Experience building or assembling doors and door frames preferred
Tow motor / forklift experience required
Ability to read basic work instructions and measurements
Mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
Valid driver’s license preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements This position requires walking extended distances (approximately 2.5+ miles per day) and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stand, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily production duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
