Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a Bindery Assistant in Kent, OH Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday Pay: $16.50/hr Short Description:
We are seeking Bindery Assistants for a printing facility in Kent, OH. This role supports machine operators in the bindery department by loading printed materials, moving product, and keeping production lines running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow within the printing industry. Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts with bending, twisting, kneeling, and repetitive motion
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Previous experience in production, warehouse, or printing preferred (but not required)
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots and follow safety requirements
Must be willing to comply with a national background check
