Position: Bilingual Staffing CoordinatorPay Range: $17-$19/hr PLUS Commission PlanLocation: Onsite - Pittsburgh, PAHours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description:
Responsibilities:· Achieve established performance goals at the individual, branch, and organizational levels.· Collaborate with the Branch Manager to comprehend client needs, translating them into candidate requirements, and efficiently matching candidates to those needs.· Conduct initial contact with applicants, conduct phone screenings, perform interviews and coordinate interviews for Staffing Specialists.· Serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound calls and branch visitors.· Manage the operational flow of applicants, ensuring completion of onboarding documents before their interviews with the recruitment team.· Work with the branch team to devise effective recruiting strategies and campaigns for candidate attraction.· Proactively initiate outbound recruiting calls to new candidates and engage both active and passive job seekers through various channels.· Request Google Reviews and referrals from candidates actively.· Utilize the Bold (ATS) database to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.· Assist in-house with drug and background screenings for candidates in accordance with client requirements.· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, federal/state regulations, and employment laws, including unemployment and workers' compensation.· Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the branch's overall performance to the Branch Manager.· Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement while upholding core values to drive operational excellence.· Attend job fairs to actively seek potential candidates.· Process all onboarding paperwork on a daily basis.· Perform other duties as assigned.
