Seeking a full-time Bi-lingual Human Resources Assistant responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations for the HR Director. You will be the first point of contact for the assigned department(s), greet visitors and provide general support to the department. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Conducts and processes new hire orientations.
Post job placement ads and manages job boards.
Requests and monitors all temporary staffing needs.
Enters and audits time record keeping in Time and Attendance Management system.
Conducts prescreening phone interviews.
Assists with benefit enrollments.
Assists with employee reference checks and verification of employmen.t
Assists or prepares correspondence.
Assists with processing of separations, FMLA, HRA and EEOC.
Performs general clerical functions as needed.
Schedules company functions
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or GED equivalent
Must be bi-lingual Spanish and English reading, writing and speaking.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Human Resources Assistant or support.
