Position Summary:
Lingo Staffing is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support our warehouse operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator position, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment by handling concerns professionally and confidentially.
HR Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR practices.
Training & Development:
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking training initiatives.
  • Partner with supervisors to identify employee development needs.
Compliance & Reporting:
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Generate regular HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience as a Generalist or Coordinator is required.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (experience with ADP is a plus).
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
