Pay Rate:
Day Shift: $16.50/hr
Night Shift: $17.50/hr

Play a direct role in assembling components that help power tomorrow’s critical infrastructure. What You’ll Do:
Assemble precision electrical and mechanical components per blueprint and work instructions
Use hand tools and basic power tools to build scalable power distribution assemblies (e.g., track busway, CPM modules)
Conduct quality checks, torque, and fastening to ensure fit and operational accuracy
Stand for the full shift; lift up to 50 lbs safely and repetitively
Follow safety protocols: always wear steel-toed shoes and safety eyewear
Maintain clean, efficient workspace—help meet daily production targets
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with assembly, especially of electrical or mechanical components
Familiarity with blueprints, basic electrical wiring, and torque tools a plus
Able—and comfortable—with standing and repetitive motion throughout the shift
Not located on a bus line—own transportation required
Successful background check a must
