This role is responsible for assembling products—starting with the 3-RAH-8, with future responsibilities to include Roller Supports and Strut Supports. The ideal candidate is punctual, focused, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products accurately and efficiently
Initially focus on building the 3-RAH-8 product, with future expansion to additional support products
Maintain supply levels for your workstation
Follow all safety standards and Lean principles
Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
Communicate effectively in person and via text when necessary with your manager
Remain focused during working hours (no personal phone or screen time unless necessary and brief)
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and make suggestions for improvement
Schedule & Attendance Expectations:
Start Time: 7:00 AM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM (30 minutes)
End Time: 3:30 PM
Work Week: Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
Punctuality and consistent attendance are required
Required Qualifications:
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs multiple times per day
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods on a concrete floor
