Job Summary: The Staffing Specialist plays a pivotal role as the primary liaison between our clients and employees, delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities encompass the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating candidates to managing contract associates. Responsibilities:· Achieve established performance goals at individual, branch, and organizational levels.· Collaborate with the Branch Manager to comprehend client needs, translating them into specific requirements, and effectively matching them with suitable candidates.· Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with clients.· Harness the capabilities of the Bold (ATS) database, ensuring the maintenance of updated candidate and client records.· Employ diverse channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract and source qualified candidates.· Conduct in-house drug and background screenings in accordance with client requirements for each candidate submitted.· Facilitate the hiring process, managing offers and overseeing the placement process.· Monitor and document contract associate performance, providing coaching and feedback as necessary to ensure assignment completion.· Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, positioning Lingo Staffing as their preferred choice, whether actively seeking a job, on assignment, or as a passive candidate.· Actively seek Google Reviews and Referrals from all placed contract associates.· Address client concerns related to contract associate performance, including counseling, disciplining, termination, and job assignment removal.· Ensure adherence to company SOPs, federal/state regulations, and employment laws, including unemployment and workers' compensation. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance branch performance.· Foster a culture of continuous improvement while upholding core values to drive operational excellence.· Collaborate with the team to identify and fulfill client needs in a timely manner.· Perform other duties as assigned.
