Customer Care Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC 28207 | Shift: 7 AM - 5 PM

Pay range: $16hr to $18hr 

Job Description:
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience. Handle transactions, maintain records, and support team efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist with orders, product info, and delivery scheduling.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain detailed interaction records.


Qualifications:  
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor.
