Lingo Staffing is now hiring Extrusion Operators in Roanoke, VA. Hours: Monday – Friday 1st: 8am - 4pm 2nd: 4pm - 12am 3rd: 12am - 8amPay: $17.76 / hour The extrusion operator will be responsible for set up, start up, troubleshooting and continuous operation of the extrusion line. The extrusion operator will perform quality checks on finished products and manage data collection.
Set up functions include:
Select proper tooling
Install tooling
Insure correct resin
Position all control to SOC
Activate extruder drives
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be able to read a ruler measurement to the nearest 1/4"
Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, rulers
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Previous machine operating experience
Knowledge on how to start machine with minimal assistance, test machinery, trouble shoot, and make adjustments when needed
