Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welder Fitters in Roanoke, VA. Hours: Monday – Wednesday 6:00a-4:30p, Thursday 6:00a-3:30p, Friday 6a-11a orMonday - Thursday 3pm - 3:30am orMonday-Thursday 5:45a – 415p*overtime and weekend work is mandatory as needed* Pay: $23 - $27 / hour Welder Fitters are responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling sheet metal. We have positions at multiple companies with different skill sets. If you’ve worked on steel before we may have a position for you! Job Requirements:• Must be able to fit and weld Fluxcore 1/16th or be an experienced Mig/Tig Welder• Must be able to successfully pass a 3G Weld Test.• Must know AWS weld symbols, shapes, fractions, nearside and farside. • Heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) repeatedly throughout shift• Basic math skills.• Ability to use hand tools.• Basic computer skills.• Ability to work in a production-based environment.
