Lingo Staffing is now hiring Tile Cutters for a manufacturing facility in Glasgow, Va. Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Monday – Friday, OT and weekends as needed 3rd Shift 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Sunday-Thursday Pay: $16.62/hr. for both 2nd and 3rd shift The Tile Cutters are responsible for the operation of a palletizer, assisting in cutter operation, stacking carpet on the conveyor belt, packing products including stapling and applying labels, stacking boxes, weighing products on levelers, loading, and unloading products. Requirements:
Must be able to stand 8+ hours on concrete floor in steel toes.
Very physical job - climbing, moving, twisting, turning, and lifting and moving boxes full of carpet tiles weighing 43 lbs. each up to 400 times a day.
Must have good near vision and color vision.
Basic math skills
Willing to cross-train in all areas of the manufacturing plant.
Must have reliable transportation to and from Glasgow.
