Job Summary:Lingo Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift production team in Charlotte, NC. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manufacturing machines according to work orders and specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper function and product quality.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Load and unload materials, ensuring correct positioning and handling.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or product defects.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
