Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Conformal Coating Operator in Roanoke, VA! Hours: 3:15pm - 12:45am Monday - Thursday and Friday, 12pm - 4pm Pay: $18-$20/ hour depending on experience The conformal coating operator is responsible for spraying a support layer onto the circuit board by hand or by machine Job Requirements:
Able to multi-task
Hand dexterity
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn, cross-train in other areas
Preferred but not required:
Soldering experience
Manufacturing experience helpful but not necessary
Electronic background or experience preferred
Some lifting required (10-30 lbs.)
