Job Summary:Lingo Staffing, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking a Plasma Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves operating and maintaining plasma spray machines to apply coatings to components, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts, ensuring proper alignment and coating application.
Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify quality standards.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Record production data and report any inconsistencies or defects.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
