Job Description

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime on weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities:

· Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods, and verify accuracy against shipping documents.

· Prepare outgoing shipments by labeling, packing, and ensuring proper documentation.

· Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to load and unload trucks.

· Track inventory levels and report discrepancies as needed.

· Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

· Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments.

· Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.

· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking throughout the shift.

· Team-oriented attitude with a focus on efficiency and safety.
