Lingo Staffing is now hiring Quality Control Associate in the Orlando, Florida area to start ASAP!
Quality Control Associate - You will assist with loading and unloading tent rental equipment, organizing inventory, and preparing items for upcoming events. You will collaborate with warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and event set up teams to ensure orders are correct and ready on time. Each day will bring new tasks, from conducting quality checks to maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Payrate: $18.00 hourly
Scheduled:
1st shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
Must be bilingual – English and Spanish
Forklift Certification is a plus.
Must have 2+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or tent/event rental setting preferred.
Assist with receiving shipping, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at event locations, coordinate with drivers and event setup teams.
Implement and maintain installation safety protocols; conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve installation processes, efficiency, and overall performance; research and implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.
Assist in tracking inventory and updating records.
Organization: Help with routing and dispatch to optimize workflow and efficiency.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions.
Basic knowledge of inventory tracking software; forklift certification is a plus. Sharp eye for detail.
Works well with others and communicates effectively.
The candidate must be Bilingual in English and Spanish, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
