Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Solderer/Machine Operator in Roanoke, VA. Hours: 1st shift Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday if OT is needed 6:00 AM-12:30 PM 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM-2:30 AM Friday f OT is needed 2:00 PM-10:00 PM Pay: Solderer-$16/hour Machine Operating- $17/ hour The Solderer will be responsive for soldering circuit boards and conducting repairs as needed. The Machine Operator will be responsible for running either a Surface Mount Machine or a Thru-hole machine. Setting up and loading electronic components by hand onto the correct locations on the circuit boards. Operating the machinery and doing light maintenance on the machines if needed. Job Requirements:
Stellar attendance is required.
Must have soldering or machine operating experience.
Must have experience doing repair on circuit boards.
Reliable transportation to and from work
Good eye/hand coordination
Attention to detail.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
Lifting requirements: 10 - 50 lbs.
We are looking for candidates who have held the job title of surface Mount Machine Operator, Thru-hole machine operator, solderer.
