Project Manager/ Estimator Job Description: Lingo Staffing is looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Estimator for a Chesapeake, Virginia based company that specializes in Industrial Marine, MIL-Spec Coatings, and Powder Coating Services. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of project manager/ estimator in the industrial coatings division. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing industrial coatings systems application on Fuel Tanks, Water Towers, Industrial Piping, Bridges, and other structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on federal projects and possess at least 5-10 years in the industrial coatings or ship repair business. Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors and suppliers. Collaborate with Site Supervision, QA, Safety and Company Leadership to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Successfully manage project financials and scheduling coordination, with customers, support staff and our admin team.
