Lingo Staffing is Hiring for Industrial Painter/Powder Coater in Canton, OH TRAIN ON 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday SHIFT: 2nd, 3pm to 1:30am, Monday to Thursday PAY: $20/hr Paints or Powder Coats surfaces of Manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using a spray gun. Sets up industrial washer for cleaning the parts, and loads parts on conveyor. Mixes coating/liquid to desired color, or pours powder into hopper. Sets baking over to specified temperature to properly bake the paint or powder. Checks parts after the baking process to ensure correct paint thickness using MIL thickness gage. Removes parts from the conveyor and de-masks as required Requirements:
Must be able to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift once fully trained
Read/write English
Lift up to 50 lbs
Mobility requirements: standing, walking, crouching, bending, and reaching.
Must have 2 years prior experience in industrial painting or Powder Coating
