Job Description

Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a CNC Machinist in Austintown, OH
Hours:
Standard: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Alternate schedules possible: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or four (4) 10-hour shifts

Days:
Monday – Friday

Pay:
$20–$30/hr (Based on Experience)
Short Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing company in Austintown, OH. This role focuses on machining components for rubber and plastic mold manufacturing. Candidates with experience operating CNC mills (VMC) and/or CNC lathes are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled machinist looking for stability and flexible scheduling options.
Requirements

  • CNC machining experience required

  • Experience machining rubber or plastic molds strongly preferred

  • Ability to operate CNC mills (VMC); lathe experience is a plus

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Ability to measure parts using standard inspection tools

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for the duration of the shift and performing bending, twisting, lifting, and repetitive motions as part of daily machining duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
