Job Description
Machine Operator – $20/Hour
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday-Sunday
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
Cardinal Tissue is seeking dependable Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Load materials and keep machines supplied during production.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Report equipment or production issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to quality and safety.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday.
