Position Overview

Lingo Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Driver Helper in East Windsor, CT!

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Spanish-speaking Driver Helper to assist drivers with daily delivery routes. You will work alongside the driver to help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a physically active position that requires reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work until the assigned route is completed.

What You'll Do

• Assist the driver with daily delivery routes and stops.

• Load, unload, move, and handle products and materials.

• Assist with deliveries and navigating delivery locations.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Follow all company safety and delivery procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Clean background check required.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, including THC.

• Reliable and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work from 6:00 AM until the route is completed.

• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products/materials.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Previous delivery, warehouse, or driver helper experience is a plus, but not required.
