Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday – Friday, 11pm – 7am

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Dahlonega, GA. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets production standards. The ideal candidate has experience in powder coating or industrial painting and takes pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, or blasting surfaces before coating.
* Hang and remove parts from racks or conveyor systems.
* Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
* Inspect coated parts for complete coverage, quality, and defects.
* Load coated parts into curing ovens and monitor the curing process.
* Perform final quality inspections after parts have cooled.
* Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
* Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
* Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:
* Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
* Experience using spray equipment is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around heat and industrial equipment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
