Customer Service Representative

Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Sewickley, PA area to start ASAP!

Customer Service Representative – will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, handling billing questions, scheduling service appointments, and resolving account concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high service standards while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay rate: $19 Hourly
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (On-site)

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Answer primarily inbound customer service calls
• Make outbound calls regarding missed or past-due payments
• Process customer invoice payments
• Route calls to appropriate departments
• Accurately document all calls in the company’s internal CRM system
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Occasionally assist customers picking up orders (minimal — transitioning to delivery-only model)
• Prior phone-based or customer service experience required
• Retail experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, data entry)
• Comfortable navigating internal systems and documenting calls
• Reliable transportation to and from Sewickley, PA
