Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for coordinating preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production machinery and facility equipment remain in excellent working condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, experience with industrial equipment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate preventative maintenance for production equipment and facility machinery.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Work with OEM manufacturers to diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns.
* Perform facility maintenance and coordinate repairs with outside contractors as needed.
* Maintain production equipment including lasers, plasma/flame machines, press brakes, CNC mills, and forklifts.
* Fabricate repair parts using engineering drawings and company equipment.
* Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance records.
* Document maintenance activities using company maintenance software.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
* Communicate effectively with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience required.
* Experience with electrical systems, wiring schematics, hydraulics, air brakes, diesel engines, transmissions, and clutches.
* Service shop, agricultural, or automotive experience is a plus.
* Class A CDL is a plus.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to lift heavy mechanical components and work in various weather conditions.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
