Warehouse Selector

Job Title: Warehouse Selector (Produce)
Pay: $17.50/HR + Performance Incentives
Shift: Night and Day shift 
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced warehouse team as a Night Selector! You’ll pick and prepare customer orders with precision, operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining high productivity standards. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by incentive pay, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and build orders accurately using pick tickets and handheld scanners
* Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
* Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and shipments
* Label, stage, and prepare orders for timely shipment
* Maintain consistent picking rate of 90+ cases per hour
* Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
* Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient
* Communicate with team on inventory and shipping updates

Required Qualifications:
* Ability to lift, carry, and move products (up to 50 lbs) throughout shift
* Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Forklift or pallet jack experience (preferred but willing to train)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior warehouse or produce handling experience
* Knowledge of WMS systems (Produce Pro experience a plus)
* Certified forklift operator
* Night shift availability

Physical Requirements:
* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
* Stand and walk for 8+ hours
* Repetitive reaching and bending
* Work in a cool warehouse environment
