Door Builder Associate – Responsible for assembling and building residential and commercial doors and door frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves using hand tools, reading basic measurements and work instructions, operating a forklift to move materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work throughout the shift while supporting daily production goals.

Pay & Scheduled:

• $15.00/hour (Based on Experience)
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Build and assemble residential and commercial doors and door frames.
• Must have 2 years of experience building or assembling doors and door frames is preferred.
• Tow motor/forklift experience is required.
• Must have 2 years of previous experience reading tape measures and follow basic production instructions.
• Operate a tow motor (forklift) to safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support production goals while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to pass a national background check.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
