Warehouse Associate

Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire

Lingo Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our client's team in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

• Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.

• Safely operate hand tools, including tape guns and box cutters.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

• Assist with shipping activities and basic computer tasks as needed (training provided).

• Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Previous picking and packing experience is required.

• Reliable transportation and a personal vehicle are required.

• Ability to safely use a tape gun and box cutter.

• Shipping and basic computer experience are preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Dress Code

• Standard warehouse attire is required.

• Clothing must not display graphic images or inappropriate language.

• Steel-toe footwear is not required for this position.

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening (THC is not permitted).
• Background check is required
