Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Location:Cumming, GA

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, processing inventory, and preparing products for distribution. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Scan products into the company's inventory database using a computer.
• Prepare and organize inventory for storage and distribution.
• Unload trucks and place boxes on pallets as needed (typically once or twice per day).
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to scan and enter inventory accurately.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50-60 pounds occasionally without accommodation. Most items are significantly lighter.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
• English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Work Environment

• This position is performed in a warehouse that is not climate-controlled. Employees should expect to work in varying temperatures throughout the year.
• Workstations are spaced throughout the warehouse and are equipped with fans to help provide airflow.
