Job Description: Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator

Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Rate: $18.50
Schedule : 1st shift 7am – finish Sunday – Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to safely operate a stand-up reach truck in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience moving, storing, and retrieving inventory while maintaining accuracy and following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials.

• Retrieve and place pallets on warehouse racks at various heights.

• Transport products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.

• Perform inventory movements and maintain accurate product locations.

• Inspect forklift equipment before each shift and report maintenance issues.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a stand-up reach forklift is required.

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed.

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

• Ability to read labels, identify products, and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as scheduled.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Reaching, bending, and handling materials as needed.

• Lifting items according to the job's requirements.
