Job Description
Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Maintenance / Rack Fabricator in Twinsburg, OH
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
Days: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed; Mandatory)
Pay: $20 + (Based on Experience)
Short Description
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance / Rack Fabricator for a metal finishing facility in Twinsburg, OH. This position involves performing preventative maintenance on shop equipment and fabricating or repairing plating racks used in production.
This is a hands-on role for someone with maintenance, fabrication, welding, or machine shop experience who is comfortable working in an industrial environment.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude required
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Fabrication experience required or strongly preferred
- Welding experience helpful
- Lathe operation experience helpful
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical Requirements
This position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
