Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing partner in Vinton, VA. 

This is an excellent opportunity for Assembly and Production professionals to work in a fast-paced, temporary to hire role with an established manufacturer. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating machinery that cuts glass or assembles multi-pane glass windows. 
• Fit and assemble components using blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Maintain productivity and safety standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Team player with a commitment to safety and quality
• Good mechanical aptitude. Manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Must have basic math and computer skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours per day

Screening:

• Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks, physical or drug testing.
